2.1 Voluntary Cancellation by Student

• Students can cancel their enrollment at any time.

2.2 Cancellation by impuv.com

• We reserve the right to cancel any course or enrollment at our discretion. If this occurs, students will receive a full refund for the canceled course.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

• Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 7 days of the course start date.
• If the course content has not yet been accessed or only a minimal portion has been accessed (less than 10%), students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.

3.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

• If more than 10% but less than 50% of the course content has been accessed, students are eligible for a 50% refund if they cancel within 14 days of enrollment.
• No refunds will be provided if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.

3.3 No Refunds

• No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the course start date.
• No refunds will be provided if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed, regardless of the time elapsed since enrollment.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our support team at impuvteam@gmail.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request being approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, students may be eligible for a prorated refund. Documentation may be required.
